When reading the post you want to 'quote', in the top right corner of the message you will see:
[""] Quote

Click on this, it will insert the post in your reply.

Start typing your response after the line '[/quote]'

You can use the Preview button (you have to scroll back up the page to see the preview) to check how it looks before posting it.

If you are still on the verge of confused about this, please don't read this post, it absolutely won't help!   :)

Ah, I should have said that quoting won't work exactly how you want it to if you quote something that talks about quoting and includes the thing that ends the quote!

(The 'thing-that-ends-the-quote' being :
      open square bracket - forward slash - the text 'quote' - close square bracket
)

Another way to include something from a previous message is as follows.

Start to write your reply in the usual way.

Scroll down the page and you will see previous posts on this topic.  Find the one you want to include, you will see
[""] Insert Quote
to the top right hand corner of it.

Click on this and it will put the whole post into your reply.

You can use the Preview button (you have to scroll back up the page to see the preview) to check how it looks before posting it.
