They seem to be having a munch on the hay already..is this normal? They are still suckling and udder seems quite empty most of the time so must be having plenty of milk

They start eating hay and nibbling at the does feed really early by 2 weeks at least.  Mine are eating quite well at a month but still need milk for as long as they can get it. ::)

Mine too. They are gutsy little things. They love goat mix and jump on top of the hay in the wheelbarrow to eat it. Makes moving it into racks difficult. So cute, wish they didn't have to grow up.
