Our first elderflower blossomed yesterday. :)  Summer is on its way ( :fc: ) and I must make sure I have enough citric acid to make the cordial. :yum:

I am so excited about elderflowers at the moment (I must be sad!) Over the past couple of weeks I have made my first batches of Elderflower Lemonade, Elderflower Syrup and Elderflower Liquor. I think I have caught the bug and now want other things to be ready to harvest to see what else I can make to drink  :excited:
