« on: August 11, 2012, 09:57:55 am »
A friend of mine who does gardening etc., is looking for info. on spraying, certificates etc.  He's surfed the net, looked on gov. sites but still hasn't come up with anything.  does anyone know where to get the relevant permission, certs., please.
