Would you believe it
« on: May 11, 2012, 07:29:10 am »
Just when you think you're out of the woods and the lambs are all healthy and bouncing round the field, suddenly I have one that has developed entropion, that has broken her leg and will have to be confined to the lambing shed with mum and brother, and my little bottle fed lamb, who is growing really well, has caught his little horns on something and made them both bleed.

If it wasnt so early in the morning, I'd turn to drink!

I'd believe anything of sheep  ::)

Hope both lambs are OK.

I think they'll both survive.  The one with the broken leg is wearing a very fetching splint and is quite speedy on 3 legs.  She's certainly feeding okay.
