[Pansypots]

Hi, I've got a great fig tree that produces masses of lovely big figs. Problem is there's rarely enough sun to ripen them (even down here in the sunny south west) and mostly they go to waste.

Has anyone got any suggestions what I can do with dozens of big green figs?!
