HFW has got a recipe for it in his RC Handbook No 2 (Preserves, Pam Corbin). Sounds interesting, but I don't really have time for this in the spring, with lambing, kidding, bees, garden etc.
BTW, can recommend the book for all sorts of recipes on what to do with the xcess fruit/veg/etc. You will need a lot of sugar and vinegar for the recipes, but I quite like that.
Your local library will almost certainly have a copy of it.
