I phoned Brechin abbatoir this morning. Despite the angle in the recent newspaper report.... They are still killing,although they have had to lay off a few memebers of staff. In fact they are really busy.  I have booked my 4 lambs in tomorrow, for thursdays slaughter.

Just to let the local folk know..... They didint say how long they would be able to stay open! so if you are needing their services get in touch soon!
